Our rapidly expanding team is in need of a Transportation Service Dispatch Manager.

* provides excellent service to both internal and external clients while correctly scheduling and deploying personnel and service cars for the conveyance of passengers, adding to the overall luxury, customised client experience.

Responsibility for the Position:

* Must have flexible schedule (including overnight shifts occasionnally)

Utilising communication tools like the phone, Whatsapp, etc., schedule and dispatch personnel and service cars to the proper areas in accordance with client requests, specifications, and demands.

accurately and promptly transmit work orders, communications, and information to or from drivers.

tracking the whereabouts of employees and vehicles, and coordinating service and work schedules

Determine the type, number, and staff that are needed in accordance with the work orders or requirements.

At the end of a shift, make sure all vehicles are returned safely.

Keep clients informed by utilising appropriate grammar while responding to inquiries.

Reach organisational objectives by taking charge of fresh, novel requests.
