Driving and working Processes for Shipping Finished Goods

ensuring delivery and shipping accuracy in accordance with SLA

Handling and reconciliation of shipments and transfer notes

ensuring GRN reconciliation, STO moves, and Two Step Transfers

coordination with cross-functional divisions for planning and resolving synergies

accountable for daily and monthly reconciliation of shipment data accuracy and accurate data entry.

helping the NDC shift in control shift by shift Compliance with dispatch and reporting on dispatch

In charge of shift activity and dispatch operations when NDC shift in charge is not present

responsible for reducing irregularities and mistakes brought on by shipping data

NM and LW reporting, finished goods-related NM and LW resolution, and ensuring that all projects, maintenance, and engineering-related work permits and activities adhere to HSE and PepsiCo regulations are under their responsibility.

ensuring that all contractual and hourly employees adhere to HSE, food safety, and safety regulations

directing and organising the team to constantly maintain adherence to PepsiCo norms and third-party audits like FSSC 22000 and AIB
